About the Team
The New Verticals team is building the future of local commerce through expanding our product offerings on our marketplace platform. We launched in 2020 and have since then built world-class operations to delight our customers with access to Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail delivery through our marketplace. As Retail continues to scale, strong merchandising is critical to how customers discover products, engage with campaigns, and drive incremental growth across the retail marketplace.
About the Role
The Retail Merchandising Specialist will execute and optimize retail merchandising across in-app surfaces and customer marketing channels. They will bring merchant, occasion, and category campaigns to life through store tiles, banners, item carousels, collections, and email creative, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve visibility and conversion. Success in this role means launching high-quality campaigns on time and driving measurable impact on engagement and gross order value.
You will report into an Associate Manager on our Retail SO team. We expect this role to be primarily remote with some in-office time.

Execute end-to-end retail merchandising campaigns across app and email surfaces to drive customer discovery and conversion.
Partner with Category, Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to align on campaign priorities and ensure seamless execution.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as click-through rate, conversion, and gross order value impact to inform optimizations.
Maintain merchandising calendars and quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and timely launches.
Identify opportunities to improve retail storytelling and placement strategy through testing and iteration.

You have 2+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, marketing operations, or marketplace environments.
You have experience executing campaigns or content placements within a content management system or merchandising platform.
You use data to evaluate performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
You manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
