The Opportunity As a Senior Partner Manager at Adobe, you will take ownership of one of our most strategic Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships, with primary responsibility for Germany and an additional overlay role across Adobe Central Europe, working closely with regional Partner Alliance Managers. This role sits at the heart of Adobe’s growth strategy, with a clear mandate to scale partner-led pipeline, revenue, and customer impact across the Adobe Digital Experience Cloud. You will define and execute the joint strategy with a top-tier global partner, aligning Adobe’s technology, industry solutions, and go-to-market motions with the integrator’s consulting, delivery, and services capabilities across the German market, while ensuring regional consistency and leverage across Central Europe. Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, you will engage with stakeholders ranging from alliance leaders and solution architects to senior executives and C-level decision-makers. Your success will be measured by your ability to translate strategic alignment into tangible business outcomes—accelerating partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals, driving customer adoption, and building a scalable, high-impact partnership model across the region. What You’ll Do In this role, you will act as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for a global systems integrator in Germany, while collaborating with other Partner Alliance Managers to support and extend the partnership across Central Europe. You will shape joint priorities, lead executive alignment, and ensure disciplined execution across sales, marketing, and delivery teams. You will develop and own Joint Business Plans that define shared objectives, investment areas, and success metrics, covering pipeline creation, bookings, customer adoption, and services attach. Working closely with Adobe Sales and Customer Success teams, you will ensure partner opportunities are identified early, properly registered, and executed seamlessly through to customer success. A key part of the role is driving go-to-market impact. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Partner Solution Consulting teams to design joint industry plays, solution offerings, and demand-generation initiatives. This includes sponsoring and shaping executive events, campaigns, and thought leadership activities that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth in Germany, while aligning with broader Central Europe priorities. As a senior leader within Adobe’s partner ecosystem, you will bring a strong point of view on digital experience transformation, advising partners and customers on market trends and how Adobe’s full Experience Cloud portfolio can address their most critical business challenges. You will also play an important role in fostering a culture of accountability, ambition, and continuous improvement across the partnership and the wider regional partner community. What You need to succeed You bring extensive experience in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of delivering results through large, complex partners. You have spent several years working directly with Global System Integrators or major consulting firms, ideally with strong exposure to the German market and experience operating across multiple countries or regions. You combine strong commercial acumen with executive presence, enabling you to influence senior leaders and drive alignment at the highest levels. You are experienced in building and scaling partner businesses, developing joint value propositions, and translating strategy into execution that delivers measurable outcomes across both local and regional contexts. Success in this role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, a proactive and resilient mindset, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
