Job Summary
A Digital Marketing Account Manager is responsible for helping maintain digital marketing strategies for our clients. Their duties include, but are not limited to, performing market research, strategizing with clients, analyzing their performance, and implementing adjustments to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing an effective digital marketing strategy for our self-storage facility clients.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, GMB, and review generation campaigns.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed for client success.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies for our clients through local SEO and or other digital marketing channels.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Focuses on creating concrete ROI reports for clients and then educating clients consistently on our efficacy as a service.
Qualifications/Skills
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective digital campaigns.
Great communication skills, including listening and handling conflict when necessary.
Creating and maintaining client relationships.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Well organized and proficient at managing processes and/or tasks.
Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field.
1-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Experience working with clients in either a support or consultative role.
Demonstrable experience and knowledge in managing SEO/SEM.
Google Analytics Certification within the last 12 months.
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
