Zoom is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our award-winning commercial legal team. This role blends legal process management, technology, and strategic contracting. You'll negotiate complex agreements while optimizing processes and implementing new technologies. Success requires agility, creative problem-solving, AI enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail under pressure. Responsibilities Negotiating complex commercial agreements while managing template libraries and contracting technologies. Deploying strategic contracting solutions and processes that accelerate deal cycles and strengthen customer relationships. Building scalable legal resources and knowledge systems in partnership with cross-functional teams. Leading process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and manage risk at scale. What we’re looking for Demonstrate 8+ years of experience managing or negotiating commercial contracts in a corporate or technology environment. Bachelor's degree required. Apply practical knowledge of contract tools and systems to improve workflows and data accuracy. Embracing of AI in daily processes and efficiency drives. Communicate clearly in writing and speech with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Apply analytical skills for identifying risks. Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, high-volume environment. Collaborate effectively across distributed and multidisciplinary teams. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $97,600.00 Maximum: $225,700.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
