Recruiter - Sourcer Location: Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro) Employment Type: Full Time Department: Talent Acquisition Salary: 80k+ plus equity in the company Steadily is hiring a full time Recruiter who will be focused on sourcing. We hire the best talent nationwide, and you will get to potentially change the life of each and every candidate. Your hires will have a direct impact on the growth of the company.. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Optimize ad spend and sponsored ads to make sure that we are getting the best applicants available. - Source prospective candidates who may be a good fit for any of our job posts and get them excited about the idea of working for Steadily. These may include insurance sales, service, underwriting/product, and tech roles. - Review all applicant resumes and conduct screen interviews before passing them along to the hiring manager. YOUR BACKGROUND - Experienced: You have exceptional communication skills and experience with business development, lead generation, partnerships or client management. You can generate a relationship and drive a great candidate experience. No prior recruiting experience necessary. - Detail Oriented: You have exceptional attention to detail both in written communication and admin tasks. - Digital: You are tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage. - Driven: You can handle important confidential responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight. You want to make the leap into an early-stage tech startup to make a huge impact.
