Role and responsibilities: Requirements: 1+ years working experiences. Professional agency experience is preferred (research, consultancy, media, communication, brand, etc.) A self-motivated and independent individual with a strong desire to perform and excel Good experiences and skills required for internal communication (cross-office, cross-department, vendor, etc.) Proactive and detail-oriented project management attitude and style required Good collaboration working style: the interpersonal skills required to engage with cross team & cross office projects Openness to innovative/integrated research solution Secondary (monitoring and desktop) and quantitative research experiences preferred (data processing, analysis etc.) Excellent Chinese and English both spoken and written Responsibilities: Work in collaboration and support senior team members to manage clients and projects on a daily basis including pitch, proposal, and projects Handle project execution & management Deliver research, analytics, and consultancy projects with senior guidance and support We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
