About the Role We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, technically strong Implementation Engineer to join Yotpo’s Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll own the onboarding journey for upmarket and enterprise customers — from kickoff through go-live. You’ll combine technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic advisory to ensure customers launch successfully, adopt confidently, and realize long-term value from Yotpo. You won’t just configure software. You’ll architect scalable solutions, manage complex implementations, and serve as a trusted technical partner to some of the most innovative eCommerce brands in the world. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end onboarding projects as the primary point of contact from kickoff to launch Design and guide our customers in implementing scalable, multi-product solutions across Reviews, Loyalty, and other Yotpo products Lead technical discovery sessions and define solution architecture across E-Commerce platforms and custom API environments Architect integrations using APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and platform-specific logic Manage timelines, scope, risks, and cross-functional dependencies Partner closely with Product, RD, Customer Success, Sales, and Customizations teams Deliver client training and enablement sessions to ensure strong product adoption Guide customers through best practices and long-term technical strategy What “Great” Looks Like in This Role Successful Implementation Engineers at Yotpo: Deliver customer value efficiently and predictably Manage complexity and ambiguity with confidence Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Take ownership and drive outcomes — not just tasks What You Bring Required Experience 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise onboarding roles. Strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data flows. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects. Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento 2, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to Have Experience working in a SaaS environment. Headless commerce or custom architecture experience. Data migration experience. Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience. JavaScript or frontend development experience.
