The role
We
are
looking
for
a
dynamic
IT
Software
Supply
Manager
to
join
our
growing
team.
In
this
role,
you
will
be
responsible
for
managing
the
procurement,
planning,
and
lifecycle
of
IT
software
that
supports
our
business
operations.
You
will
oversee
software
market
analysis,
vendor
selection
and
negotiations,
budget
control,
and
software
asset
management.
This
position
plays
a
key
role
in
optimizing
software
supply
processes
through
automation ,
ensuring
software
availability,
cost
efficiency,
and
full
compliance
with
corporate
policies
and
licensing
requirements.
You
are
welcome
to
work
from
our
Amsterdam
office
or
remotely
within
Europe
.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct
ongoing
market
analysis
of
IT
software
solutions
to
identify
competitive
pricing,
emerging
technologies,
and
opportunities
for
optimization.
Lead
contract
negotiations
with
software
vendors
and
suppliers
to
secure
favorable
commercial
and
licensing
terms.
Maintain
and
continuously
update
the
IT
software
supplier
catalog ,
ensuring
access
to
reliable
and
compliant
vendors.
Manage
and
monitor
the
company’s
software
assets ,
ensuring
compliance
with
corporate
policies,
licensing
requirements,
and
regulatory
standards.
Develop
and
improve
software
planning
and
supply
processes
to
support
both
current
and
future
business
needs.
Drive
automation
and
process
optimization
initiatives
to
improve
efficiency,
transparency,
and
cost
control
across
software
supply
management.
We expect you to have:
1+
years
of
experience
in
software
or
SaaS
procurement,
vendor
management,
or
IT
procurement .
Experience
managing
software
contracts,
licensing
models,
and
vendor
negotiations .
Experience
working
with
cross- functional
stakeholders
including
IT,
Finance,
Legal,
and
Procurement
teams.
Ability to manage multiple vendors, contracts, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in an international and rapidly scaling technology environment.
Fluent
in
English

and
spoken).
