Creative, innovative and design thinking to enable and improve business processes through new or enhanced products / tools. Strong blend of business sense and process knowledge: You evaluate things holistically and think through the objectives, impacts, best practices, and what will be simple and scalable. Define IT solutions to various business needs and communicate in clear terms to business unit management the IT solution alternatives and assist them in their decision making. High-energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking prioritization expertise: Experience (and preferably an enjoyment of) balancing numerous different priorities and demands. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and interact with cross-functional teams. Qualifications : Minimum 8+ years of experience on SFDC Service Cloud Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Customer Community including forums Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL Maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions for applications; Maintenance of data and mitigation of data issues Collaboration with subject matter experts, business analysts, and developers to build best solutions Good documentation skills Guide the QA and business teams during the testing process Join Us in Securing the World's Data Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
