About Snorkel
At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.
We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!
About the Team
The Data as a Service (DaaS) organization at Snorkel is one of the company’s most critical growth engines. Within DaaS, the EC Experience team owns the end-to-end lifecycle of our expert contributors and manages the marketplace that connects our expert community to high-impact customer work. As our DaaS business and EC network scale, this team requires strong operational leadership to build a highly effective, engaging, and retentive EC experience that enables experts to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.
About the Role
We are looking for a growth-oriented strategy and operations leader to build and scale the systems that power our EC community and marketplace. You will partner cross-functionally with Delivery, Product, Engineering, Supply, Marketing, and Analytics — designing scalable processes, insights, and programs that strengthen our expert network and improve contributors’ ability to succeed on our projects.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, aligning diverse stakeholders, and building durable infrastructure that enables the business to scale.
