Own the Regional Sales Strategy: Help define and execute the go-to-market approach for Israel and the Nordics, identifying high-value verticals and enterprise opportunities across both markets.
Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Personally manage complex, high-value deals from prospecting through close.
Drive Pipeline Through Events: Plan and host regional events, including at the Wix campus in Israel, to generate leads, build brand presence, and deepen relationships with prospects and partners across both markets.
Lead and Coordinate a Local Support Team: Manage and align a team, one BDR and one Sales Support based in Israel, ensuring they're effectively set up to support your pipeline development, customer success, and deal execution across both markets.
Expand Vertical-Specific Solutions: Focus on delivering Wix's multi-site solutions to enterprises across industries such as franchises, financial institutions, real estate, and technology companies, with flexibility to pursue emerging opportunities as they arise.
Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with technology companies that can integrate Wix's enterprise solutions into their own offerings.
Build Pipeline from the Ground Up: Generate your own leads and build a robust pipeline across both markets, with support from marketing through events and brand activity.
Maintain and Grow Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, ensuring successful implementation and long-term retention of Wix solutions.
Travel Across Your Markets: Spend meaningful time on the ground in Israel and across the Nordics to build relationships, meet prospects, and close deals.
7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
Experience selling into C-suite stakeholders across complex organizations.
Experience coordinating or working alongside cross-functional support roles such as BDRs or Sales Support, and getting the most out of those partnerships to drive deals forward.
Familiarity with the Israeli and/or Nordic business landscape is a strong advantage.
Background in tech, SaaS, financial services, or insurance is highly valued.
Experience in outbound-led sales. You know how to build pipeline without relying on inbound leads.
Strong command of structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar).
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Hebrew, a Nordic language, or both is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Israel and the Nordics
