You’ll be responsible for crafting the team’s strategy, delivering impactful projects, and scaling the platform to meet the needs of our growing global user base.</p> <p>This role requires a strong technical background, a keen product sense, and a collaborative approach. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead and empower your team: Provide technical and strategic leadership, mentoring engineers, and nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation.</li> <li>Drive product excellence: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define and implement a roadmap for seamless payment experiences.</li> <li>Develop new features: Build and optimize payment solutions for global markets, ensuring they are intuitive and reliable.</li> <li>Scale for growth: Improve the platform to support international expansions, multi-account management, and new business features.</li> <li>Promote standard methodologies in engineering: Ensure high-quality code, scalability, and security in all deliverables.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you bring </strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Technical expertise</strong>: You have experience in backend development, (e.g., Python, Golang), and a deep understanding of building platforms.</li> <li>Strong product sense: You understand user needs and can translate business goals into elegant technical solutions.</li> <li>Leadership experience: Proven ability to lead engineering teams, drive complex projects, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Collaborative approach: You excel in working with diverse teams and can influence collaborators across fields.</li> <li>Global perspective: Experience in building solutions for international users is a strong plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong>Our team is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming interview experience for all candidates.
