The Opportunity As the Senior Manager of Product Structure, PLM & MES, you are the architect of the digital backbone that connects our robotic innovations to real-world production. In this high-impact leadership role, you will strategically own the implementation and evolution of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution (MES) systems and processes to scale with a rapidly growing product and manufacturing organization ("Digital Thread"). You will govern the product architecture for our complex mechatronic systems, ensuring that our Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), and Service BOM (SBOM) are perfectly synchronized.  This is not just a systems role — it’s a business transformation mandate. You will define and execute the PLM and MES roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, product, and after-sales service functions. You’ll help us build an integrated, enterprise-grade ecosystem that accelerates product development, enables traceability, and scales product data excellence. Our customers are large asset operators and industrial service providers pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our mobile robot ANYmal uses legs for extreme mobility in complex environments, camera- and LIDAR-based sensing for full autonomy and obstacle avoidance, and AI for high-quality and consistent inspection results. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, and all related ANYbotics mechanical hardware.
