EMEA Digital Marketing Manager Location: London or Amsterdam. About the role: We are looking for an EMEA Digital Marketing Manager to join the Paid Media team. We are looking for a seasoned expert on EMEA and MENA markets who is comfortable working with autonomy in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media strategies in EMEA and someone who can ensure localization is a priority. This is a highly cross-functional role on the Marketing team that requires close collaboration across the organization with a focus on EMEA Marketing coordination. Reports into a US-based lead. Responsibilities: Local Market Expert: Set-up “local-first” programs which prioritize localized content and creative and have a pulse on top trends in the EMEA and MENA markets. Hybrid Campaign Management: Comfortable in managing external agencies as well as executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, LinkedIn, Reddit and Meta. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. Ad Operations Support: Assist in campaign setup, audience segmentation, and bid management to drive efficiency and improve ROI. A/B Testing Optimization: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and messaging for maximum impact. Budget Bidding Strategies: Manage budgets effectively, implementing bidding strategies that maximize return on investment. Marketing Operations: Work closely with marketing operations team to support lead routing production including setting up lead routing/syncing, lead flow investigation, vendor onboarding, system troubleshooting Project Management: Ensure all necessary assets, including ad creatives and copy, are received in a timely manner for campaign launches. Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain campaign schedules and deadlines. Collaboration Communication: Work closely with the rest of the Paid Media team to share insights and support strategic initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to the broader marketing organization, providing guidance on campaign strategy, planning, and execution Cross-functional Connector: Serves as point of contact across EMEA Marketing and Sales for program performance and improvement. Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of experience in paid media. Strong expertise in Google SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms. Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, data interpretation, and reporting. Experience with techstack tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and Marketo. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
