Surface risks early and help teams navigate complex tradeoffs.
And a little bit of...
Championing the voice of merchants and suppliers across the organization.
Contributing to broader product and organizational strategy.

Experience aligning diverse stakeholders and driving consensus in complex environments.
A track record of delivering products that drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Even better if you have
Experience with retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale platforms.
Experience building or scaling platform capabilities.
Experience working with both SMB and enterprise customers.
What will help you succeed in this role
Systems thinking, you understand how product surfaces, data models, and workflows interact across a platform.
A leadership style that develops strong product managers rather than directing every decision.
The ability to operate at multiple levels of abstraction, from product vision to detailed execution.
