About the role As the first hire in Strategy and Business Operations for Papa Community, you will be working closely with the GM as an operator, strategic thinker, and problem solver. You will take ambiguous problems, turn it into clear recommendations, and implement changes in an agile way with a focus on learning velocity. You'll drive a wide portfolio of high-priority work to drive meaningful business impact. It works both ways for us.” - Pal from Rhode Island What you’ll do: Own special projects end-to-end: scoping, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting. Drive business intelligence by digging into data, conducting complex analysis around market and competitive trends, including reading extensive external research, analyzing internal and external data, and conducting interviews with subject matter experts. Lead end-to-end evaluations of platforms and tools the team is considering adopting - building structured scorecards, running demos, synthesizing tradeoffs, and delivering clear recommendations. Synthesize findings to share with senior management and relevant stakeholders to keep them abreast of any changing market trends.
