Product Operations Manager Department: Product Team: Product Operations Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The goal of Product Operations is to ensure we build and operationalize the right products to move our business forward. In this role, your work will drive results on our highest-priority growth and efficiency levers on the Consumer team. Product Operations works closely with our cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, prioritize, test, rollout and iterate products and own the communication throughout the product development cycle. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 01. Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy 02. Lead a community of strategic leaders to drive a significant impact to the business 03. Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org 04. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product 05. Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle 06. Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation 07. Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc) to prepare products for launch 08. Track core business metrics related to the product 09. Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by product post-launch 10. Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvement \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1. Bachelors Degree 2. 5+ years experience in Product, Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Finance or similar role 3. Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers 4. Deep understanding of the user experience 5. Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions 6. Strategic alignment, able to bring key stakeholders across functions together 7. A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow 8.
