Solution Engineering Intern

We are looking for a motivated  Solution Engineering Intern  to join our presales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of  technology, sales, and customer engagement . You will support our Solution Engineers in demonstrating product value, solving customer challenges, and contributing to the success of our go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in  technology, consulting, and customer-facing careers . Key Responsibilities Assist Solution Engineers in preparing  customer demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts . Research industries, customers, and competitors to support  discovery and value messaging . Support the creation of  technical content  (demo environments, product decks, knowledge articles). Shadow customer meetings to understand  how we uncover requirements and position solutions . Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on  ad-hoc projects and campaigns . Document best practices, learnings, and contribute to team  knowledge sharing . What You’ll Learn How presales contributes to the  technology sales cycle . Best practices in  solution storytelling and technical demos . How to translate customer challenges into  business and technical solutions . Exposure to  SaaS, AI, and enterprise IT solutions . Career pathways in  Solution Engineering, Consulting, and Technology Sales . Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in  Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field . Passion for technology and problem-solving. Strong communication and presentation skills. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of SaaS, cloud technologies, or IT systems is a plus (training provided).
