The Role Veeva Japan is seeking a Senior Consultant to initiate and grow the Professional Services team for QualityOne Japan. The ideal candidate will have experience of Quality Management Systems and a knowledge of Quality business processes within regulated industries such as Consumer Products, F&B, Cosmetics, Chemicals or Life Sciences. As a Senior Consultant, you will utilise your industry knowledge and expertise to lead our project teams (internal and external) through successful implementations of our Vault Quality solution. You will be contributing firsthand towards transforming the way our customers collect, maintain, and distribute business critical processes and documentation. You will be encouraged to share your ideas and to work with other Veeva team members to innovate and refine our internal processes, collaborate with our Product Development team, and enhance our delivery model to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and their industries. In addition to the above service delivery role in order to meet rapid demand for service delivery, the Senior Consultant will support the QualityOne Vice President to investigate and establish external service partner relationships to develop a hybrid service delivery model. Expectation of working with others based in the Tokyo or Osaka office at least 3 days/week.
