Many physicians join our practice to supplement their income, maintain clinical engagement while reducing full-time hours, or create more time for family, travel, or personal interests. The only annual requirement is 2,000 wRVUs - how and when you reach that goal is entirely up to you. Flexible 4-Hour Shifts Choose the reading blocks that work best for your schedule. Weekday or Weekend Options: • 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM • 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM • 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM Short, focused shifts allow you to maximize earnings without committing to long workdays.
