We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Associate to support sales and marketing planning and performance tracking across European markets. This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam or Dusseldorf. In this role, you will work closely with regional marketing and sales teams to generate performance reports, insights, and ensure marketing activities are tracked and optimized. You will play a key role in helping the team make data-driven decisions by turning complex data into clear and actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment. Responsibilities Reporting Analytics Analyze marketing and sales performance across European markets Maintain and update performance dashboards Identify trends and opportunities and translate them into actionable insights Operational Support Support maintenance of marketing budget trackers and investment reports Support coordination of marketing initiatives across European markets Assist with documentation, project tracking, and stakeholder updates Market Competitive Monitoring Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and key industry developments to support strategic planning and campaign optimization Requirements Skills 1–3 years experience in marketing, analytics, consulting, or business operations Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Ability to work with large datasets and summarize key insights Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 / Power BI Fluent in English Profile Curious and analytical mindset and ability to present insights clearly Strong interpersonal communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Proactive and eager to learn Based in Germany or the Netherlands, with preference for Dusseldorf or Amsterdam
