Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!</p></div><p>As an Infrastructure Services Engineer, you will play a hands‑on role in designing, deploying, and automating our private cloud infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers. You’ll contribute to maintaining our OpenStack‑based environment, implement tooling, and help streamline platform operations across our global footprint.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Candidate is expected to work in the UK Shift. </strong></span></p> <p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with senior engineers to design and deploy OpenStack environments that meet our availability, security, and scalability requirements</li> <li>Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, and Docker</li> <li>Contribute to automation initiatives—write scripts, develop playbooks, and integrate tools that accelerate deployment and reduce manual effort</li> <li>Assist in defining and executing automated performance tests, gathering metrics to inform capacity planning</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day infrastructure issues, escalating complex problems as needed</li> <li>Partner with development and operations teams to understand platform needs and deliver reliable infrastructure solutions</li> <li>Maintain clear documentation of systems, configurations, and runbooks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ Experience working with Linux systems in production or high‑availability environments</li> <li>Proficiency on OpenStack components (e.g., Nova, Neutron, Cinder) and basic operational tasks (provisioning, scaling, patching)</li> <li>Practical experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible</li> <li>Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualization (KVM, VMware)</li> <li>Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or similar)</li> <li>Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience integrating infrastructure changes into a pipeline</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to bare‑metal provisioning tools (Ironic, MaaS)</li> <li>Hands‑on use of observability platforms (Grafa ...
