What We Offer: - Competitive base pay $22-$23/hr - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability & Voluntary Insurance - 401K plan with company match - Paid holidays and vacation days - Advancement opportunities to grow within the company About the Role: - Assist with the completion of projects by requesting payments from lenders - Answer customer phone calls and emails, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely manner - Identify and correct data entry errors - Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases - File invoices and check stubs as payments are made - Handle related A/P month-end tasks as noted on the monthly closing spreadsheet Key Qualifications: - 1 -2 years of administrative/data entry experience - 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience - Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately - High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping About Renuity Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint.
