We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Governance/Data Quality Engineer to join our growing data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise data governance framework. You will play a key part in ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with various teams to build a robust data governance practice. Responsibilities: Category Task Data Governance Implement and manage the Collibra Data Governance platform. Develop and maintain the enterprise Data Catalog. Establish and manage Data Lineage across our data ecosystem. Implement and monitor Data Observability and Data Quality frameworks. Collaboration Work closely with data owners, stewards, and consumers to define and enforce data governance policies and standards. Provide training and support to business users on data governance tools and processes. Technical Design and implement data quality rules and monitoring dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Governance and Data Quality Engineer or similar role. Hands-on experience with Collibra, including Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Data Quality Center. Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Experience with data quality and data observability tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google BigQuery. Knowledge of Databricks and its data governance features. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau. Relevant certifications in data governance or cloud platforms.
