Head of Field Operations

We’re looking for an experienced and engaging people leader to head up our field operations across the North of the UK. You’ll lead a large, high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the installation of low carbon technology, while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement at scale. Reporting into the Operations Director, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of installations in your region; ensuring operational excellence, identifying opportunities to improve how we work, and helping us scale sustainably as demand continues to grow.
