Full-Stack Engineer - Team Resolve About the role Taktile is a high-growth, post–product-market-fit startup building an AI-driven decisioning platform for financial institutions. The Resolve Team is building Case Management, a new product vertical focused on investigating and resolving cases efficiently. We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong front-end foundation who is excited to grow toward end-to-end ownership (backend + operations over time). Taktile is a hybrid company with options to work at least 3 days per week from one of our dev hubs in Berlin (HQ) or Iasi, Romania. Taktile will not cover relocation services for this role. What You'll Do - Leverage leading edge AI tools (e.g. Claude) on a daily basis to build industry-shaping AI-native capabilities. - Primarily work on front-end components written in React/TypeScript, connected to our Python backend, hosted on an AWS serverless architecture. - Build and maintain our Case Management system, review pull requests with depth, and optimize test automation. - Engage actively in team rituals such as daily syncs, planning sessions, demos, and technical deep-dive discussions. - Grow as an individual and accelerate your career by learning from our experienced team, contributing to a foundational layer of the product, and joining cross-team learning groups. - In your first couple quarters, expect a 70-30% split between strong front-end contributions and the curiosity to grow in back-end skills. For career growth at Taktile, this role will involve daytime ops duty and at some point joining an on-call rotation, so you need to have passion for owning systems end to end and grow your DevSecOps skills as well. Requirements: - Strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for simplicity and precision. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential as we operate in a remote environment requiring clear and effective communication. Strong English skills are also crucial to efficiently interacting with AI. - 3+ years professional experience with React and TypeScript. - Experience working with REST APIs and databases. - Experience integrating into AWS or similar cloud providers. Ideal, but not Required: - Python and FastAPI experience. - DynamoDB or Postgres, SQLAlchemy. - Prior ops or on-call experience.
