About the role
• Manage full employee lifecycle for Employer of Record (EOR) clients and employees across multiple countries.
• Focus on legal compliance, contract management, employee relations, and client advisory.
• Partner with leadership, clients, legal teams, and internal HR functions for HR guidance, high-impact case management, contract negotiations, and global compliance.
Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle & Compliance
• Manage onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding for EOR employees globally.
• Oversee terminations (voluntary/involuntary) ensuring legal compliance and documentation.
• Provide guidance on contractual terms, policies, and exit processes.
• Monitor local employment law updates; ensure global HR compliance.
• Drive compliance audits and implement risk mitigation.
Contracts & Legal Documentation
• Prepare, review, and revise employment contracts, addendums, agreements, and onboarding materials.
• Interpret and explain contract clauses to clients and employees.
• Support contract negotiations with clients and legal teams.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in HR documents.
Client & Employee Advisory
• Advise clients on HR procedures, legal requirements, best practices, and complex scenarios.
• Participate in client meetings providing HR/legal guidance on disciplinary actions, documentation, and compliance risks.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and employees via ticketing systems, email, meetings, and escalations.
• Lead resolution of high-impact client escalations and complex employee relations cases.
HR Operations & Leadership
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Provide workforce analytics, compliance reports, and insights to leadership.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and standardize global HR practices.
• Collaborate with ICPs, account managers, payroll, and legal teams for operations.
• Mentor and train HR Specialists on global HR processes and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment law compliance.
• Experience managing terminations, contract review, redlines, and legal HR cases.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills to explain legal processes.
• Skilled in handling complex client escalations and contract discussions.
• Familiarity with GDPR and international labor/data standards.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, ATD, etc.) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in international, global, or EOR settings.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
