As a Program Manager with the Physical AI team, you will be responsible for running human in the loop (HITL) operations for ML/AI projects both internal to Uber and externally as part of Go external strategy. You will gather the requirements from stakeholders to convert it into a SOP (standard operating procedures), help hire the right talent and train the team to meet the quality and efficiency goals for the project. Run multiple pilots and help convert the pilots to scaled processes. **\-\-\-\- What You Will Do ----** 1. Lead complex AI/ML programs focused on 2D/3D LiDAR annotations, object detection, semantic segmentation, and other key annotation workflows. 1.
