Field Account Executive (m/f/d), Berlin, Uber Eats, Northeast Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Sales Location: Berlin, Germany Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Execute sales campaigns to expand **Uber Eats’** presence across the North-East region. Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top-tier restaurants. Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful launch. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** **\-\-\-\- What You Will Do ----** - Execute sales campaigns via coldcalling to expand Uber Eats’ presence across the North-East region. - Meet restaurant partners on-site and convince them to join Uber Eats. - Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top-tier restaurants. - Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful start. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results. - Analyze market trends and feedback to improve strategies and operations. - Qualifications: - Ideally, some experience in outbound sales and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools. - Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners. - Proficient in German and English; additional languages are a plus. - Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable. - Career changers are welcome! **\-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ----** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse target groups. - A customer-focused approach to foster partner growth and satisfaction. - Strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions. - A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team. - A results-oriented work ethic with the ambition to achieve and exceed set goals. - Willingness to travel (50/50) **\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----** - Ideally, experienced in outbound sales and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools. - Re
