What You Can Expect At Zoom we’re looking for an EMEA Channel Execution Program Manager to serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for our EMEA Channel Go-To-Market strategy. This is a high-impact, highly visible role ideal for a versatile channel expert who brings deep experience across EMEA markets, a strong understanding of partner programs, and a passion for driving field execution and engagement. You’ll act as the vital link between the EMEA Channel field organization and our Global Channel Center of Excellence, ensuring strategy translates into execution and field insights shape global programs. Through strong strategic partnerships and a customer-first mindset, the team plays a pivotal role in expanding Zoom’s presence across EMEA and globally. What You’ll Do Serve as the bi-directional bridge between EMEA Channel Sales and the Global Channel Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment on programs, processes, and priorities. Leverage deep industry and channel expertise to accelerate adoption and enablement of Zoom’s channel GTM strategy across EMEA. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, evaluate program performance, and recommend actionable improvements. Design and implement operational processes and workflows that enhance channel efficiency and partner satisfaction. Manage and optimize channel operations, including partner onboarding, program deployment, and performance tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute channel initiatives and resolve operational bottlenecks. Utilize CRM and partner portal systems to drive reporting accuracy, visibility, and data-informed decision-making. Operate with autonomy, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-moving environment. What We’re Looking For Bring 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry with strong partner expertise and demonstrable strategic channel capabilities. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EMEA channel dynamics to accelerate adoption and enablement of Zoom’s channel GTM strategy. Apply creative problem-solving skills to resolve diverse issues and analyze data to develop effective, scalable solutions. Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and approaches while operating with minimal day-to-day supervision. Leverage strong analytical skills to identify trends, interpret metrics, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—including presenting to executives and key decision-makers. Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and deliver compelling, customized presentations via web conference. Exhibit a positive, adaptable mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to travel as needed.
