Your Opportunity

What You'll Do
You'll take full ownership of building and executing strategic sales plans for mid-market prospects, creating your own ambitious pipeline through creativity, persistence, and business acumen. With complete autonomy to make decisions and follow your instincts, you'll master the art of navigating organisational structures to engage multiple stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers. This Role Requires
Proven track record in SaaS or solution sales with measurable results and hunger for more
High energy and developing business acumen with strong commercial instincts
Exceptional ambition paired with collaborative spirit and team-first mentality
Strong "hunter" mentality with creative prospecting and relationship-building abilities
Growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively serve our expanding international client network
Bonus Points
Experience in consultative software sales, particularly in Observability, DevOps, or Cloud infrastructure solutions
Track record with technical products and multi-stakeholder engagement
You'll join an innovative team developing pioneering solutions that shape the future of enterprise technology
This is a hybrid position from our Offices in Dublin.
