We define and design all Wix products, including complex back-office systems, drag-and-drop editors, mobile apps, and more. Our mission is to design the best user experience for all Wix users. UX plays a crucial role in product creation, from research and ideation to design and development. Post-launch, we use quantitative and qualitative methods to test, observe the data, speak to users, and gather insights to improve.
