The Role You will support the implementation of Veeva Link best practice templates with our customers to meet their needs and conduct tailor-made training sessions based on the customer and the team. You will be focused on pre-empting and supporting the specific needs of the customer, supporting any technical questions, task management, and reporting on status. You will work closely with the Lead Technical Consultant and the Link Consultant Services team in a fast-paced and expanding team. Customer success and make customer to love LKP.
