Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.2;"> </p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Legend Biotech is seeking an <strong>Immuno-oncology Intern </strong>as part of the <strong>Research & Early Development </strong>team based in <strong>Piscataway, NJ</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The intern candidate will evaluate the functional and cytotoxic potential of CAR-T cells and other immune cells using various assays, with a particular focus on cellular assay and cytokine analysis. They will also investigate the correlation between the polyfunctional index and serial cytotoxicity across multiple donors.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform transfection for virus production and conduct ELISA- or flow cytometry-based virus titration.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct PBMC transduction and functional evaluation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Carry out multiple assays, including cytokine analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform tumor killing assays using Incucyte or flow cytometry.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze and interpret experimental data, present results to the manager, and share findings in group meetings.</span ...
