</div></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>CoreWeave is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a <strong>Manager, Global People Operations</strong> to help build and run the operational backbone of our People function. This role is ideal for a someone who brings strong operational judgment, enjoys creating clarity in complex environments, and is excited to grow their leadership impact through others.</p>
<p>You’ll manage a core set of global People Operations functions, owning day-to-day execution while developing the processes, policies, and team practices that enable a high-growth, global workforce.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful scope and room to grow as CoreWeave continues to expand globally.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Lead & Execute Core People Operations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Own employee lifecycle operations, including offboarding, employee changes, promotions, and HRIS updates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a strong employee experience<br><br></li>
<li>Oversee leaves of absence (LOA) and workplace accommodations, partnering with Legal, Benefits, and external vendors to ensure compliance and consistency<br><br></li>
<li>Support People Ops execution for acquisitions and geographic expansions, helping integrate employees, policies, and systems smoothly</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>HR Ticketing & Operational Excellence</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage the HR ticketing system, including intake, prioritization, SLAs, and quality of responses<br><br></li>
<li>Ensure tickets are resolved accurately and efficiently while identifying recurring issues or gaps in documentation<br><br></li>
<li>Use ticket trends and employee feedback to improve self-service resources, workflows, and team effectiveness</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Build Operational Maturity & Continuous Improvement</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day People Operations with structured guidance while continuously improving workflows, documentation, and handoffs<br><br></li>
<li>Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes as the company scales<br><br></li>
<li>Translate evolving business needs into clear, scalable policies, including those supporting distributed and mobile workforces</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>People Leadership & Collaboration</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Set clear expectations and support team members in delivering high-quality work<br><br></li>
<li>Provide timely feedback, coaching, and development support<br><br></li>
<li>Communicate priorities clearly and help the team understand how their work connects to broader company goals<br><br></li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, Payroll, and Business Leaders</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5–8+ years of experience in People Operations / HR Operations, with exposure to global or multi-state environments<br><br></li>
