Manager, Executive Recruiting

We are seeking a Manager, Executive Recruiting to help evolve the future of our Executive Search function at Included Health. This is a unique opportunity to build and elevate a high-impact capability while remaining hands-on and leading a small but growing team. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, serving as a strategic partner to our executive leadership team and a key driver of high-quality, efficient, and inclusive executive hiring. You will manage a targeted portfolio of senior-level searches while creating the frameworks, processes, and best practices that support our next stage of organizational growth.
