In this role, you will lead and grow a team of product managers, partner closely with executive leadership,
engineering , and go-to-market teams, and work directly with customers and partners to
deliver impactful capabilties that move the business forward . You will translate market needs and business objectives into a clear, differentiated product strategy and ensure world-class execution that accelerates Cato’s growth and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead Cato’s Networking product management team, owning the SD-WAN capabilities of Cato’s SASE platform. This includes customer network integration, site onramp and connectivity (HW sockets, virtual sockets, cloud interconnect etc.), routing, WAN optimization, QoS, traffic steering, resiliency, and performance across Cato’s worldwide cloud network.
Manage and lead a team of product managers, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support. Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment that encourages innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with customers, partners, engineering, sales and SE, marketing, operations and other teams to deliver industry-leading SD-WAN service at scale.
Act as a subject-matter expert for Cato’s SD-WAN and networking capabilities. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product narratives for customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
Engage directly with customers and partners to understand real-world networking challenges, validate solutions, and ensure product-market fit.
Travel approximately once per quarter for customer and partner meetings.
Define and drive the SD-WAN/network product vision and roadmap, aligned with Cato’s overall strategy. Break down strategic goals into clear, actionable initiatives and manage execution across all relevant stakeholders.
Conduct market and customer research, write detailed product requirement and design documents, and lead end-to-end execution from concept through launch and adoption.
Requirements:
3+ years in a relevant/similar managerial role
5+ years of product management experience
Strong technical background in enterprise networking and network security
Proven ability to lead, prioritize, communicate clearly, and influence across cross-functional teams
Business-driven and customer-first mindset, with the ability to support Sales in securing and expanding business
Strong product vision, with demonstrated experience in market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, usage analytics, and feedback-driven iteration
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, presenting to both internal and external audiences
Experience or familiarity with SASE/SSE, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or security - a strong advantage.
Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE/JNCIE) - an advantage ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
