As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will partner closely with business leaders, collaborate with global HR partners, and support employees across the organization. This role is critical in driving and supporting our continued business growth. As the company scales, the HRBP role will continue to evolve, requiring flexibility, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach. Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the business, its goals, and challenges to proactively address organizational and people needs
Support the organization through periods of hyper-growth and scaling
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, building strong partnerships with managers and teams
Provide front-line support on employee relations matters, including employee inquiries, internal mobility, and guidance for managers on people-related issues
Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness
Partner in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive results
Collaborate closely with global HR partners to ensure alignment and deliver strong, cross-functional HR programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Consulting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
4+ years of experience in a full-scope HR Business Partner role within a high-tech, fast-growing, dynamic environment
Proven experience in consultative business partnering across core HR domains, including organizational development, employee relations, talent management, and total rewards
Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment lifecycle processes
Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and the ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
