WHY WE NEED YOU We're looking for a talented QA Engineer to help scale our quality assurance efforts as we grow. You'll work closely with our QA lead and engineering teams to ensure our product meets the highest standards of reliability and security for our healthcare customers. You'll contribute to our testing strategy, help maintain and expand our automation frameworks, and execute thorough testing across our platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across front-end, back-end, and integrations. - Contribute to and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites. - Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues before release. - Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to understand requirements and identify testing needs. - Participate in regression testing, release validation, and bug triage processes. - Help document test cases, workflows, and quality procedures. - Support the team's quality metrics tracking and reporting efforts. MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE - 3+ years of QA or Software Engineering experience with a strong testing focus. - Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest, or similar). - Experience testing APIs and web applications. - Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing in automated deployment workflows. - Familiarity with testing in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, etc.). - Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar). - Experience testing distributed systems or microservices architectures. - Background in testing AI-powered products or complex integrations.
