This role As a Principal Product Manager for Identity, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of how we verify, trust, and onboard our customers globally. This role demands a deep thinker who can bring order to complexity—someone who can connect technical, regulatory, and user experience dots to deliver secure, seamless identity solutions that scale. We’re looking for a strong, end-to-end product manager—someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and has the judgment to prioritize what really matters. You don’t need to be an identity expert from day one, but you do need to be rigorous in your thinking, clear in your decisions, and effective at partnering with engineering, data science, and operations to turn ideas into outcomes. Experience with identity verification, fraud systems, or risk management is a plus.
