Senior Product Manager, Communications Platform

This role You’ll own the communications platform —so that when any team at PayJoy wants to reach a customer, they express intent through your platform, and the platform figures out who that customer is, whether we can reach them, whether we’re allowed to, and the best way to deliver the message. You’ll operate across organizational boundaries, influence teams you don’t manage, and make hard calls about what to consolidate, what to deprecate, and in what order—while live operations continue across 11 markets.
