THE ROLE As a Finance Analyst within our Go-To-Market Finance Center of Excellence, you will be the analytical engine driving financial clarity for our global Customer Experience (CX) organization. You will bridge the gap between complex data and executive decision-making, ensuring our investments in customer success translate into sustainable business growth. Collaborating across Accounting, CX leadership, and Corporate Finance, you’ll transform raw numbers into a strategic roadmap that optimizes spend and scales our operational efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO Financial Planning Close: Support monthly close and forecasting , delivering timely insights on performance, risks, and opportunities. Reporting Presentations: Prepare monthly business reviews and presentations covering close results, forecasts, headcount, and Business Variance Analysis (BVA) for stakeholders. Financial Modeling Budgeting: Maintain and enhance the CX budget model and build financial models to support revenue growth, spend tracking, and headcount planning . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CX and Accounting teams to improve closing activities, streamline processes, and provide finance reporting expertise. Strategic Analysis Projects: Deliver financial insights, support AI initiatives for CX finance models, and conduct ad-hoc analysis/projects to drive CX spend efficiency and business decisions. WHAT YOU BRING Experience: 0–5 years in Data Analyst, FPA, or similar analytical roles , using data to support business decision-making. Technical Skills: Experience or familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or other database languages ; strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and finance systems such as Anaplan, NetSuite, SAP, or Salesforce . Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with attention to detail and the ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into clear presentations for management . Work Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment , adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication, collaboration, and a positive attitude . Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
