✨ About This Opportunity
Lead a high-performing SDR team across inbound and outbound. You’ll elevate follow-up quality, coach reps, and build a repeatable outbound engine. You’ll also optimize our GTM systems. We want a motivating, respectful leader who brings structure, clarity, and momentum.
🛠️ How You'll Contribute
Team Leadership
Manage, coach, and support SDRs through weekly 1:1s and daily feedback
Build a positive, energetic, accountable team culture
Help reps grow their career paths and sales skills
Inbound + Outbound Performance
Ensure fast, high-quality follow-up on thousands of inbound leads
Build and refine outbound strategy, cadences, ICP targeting, and messaging
Improve personalization, sequencing, and qualification for both motions
Track daily activity and conversion metrics to find improvements
Systems Process
Own SDR tooling: Clay or Freckle , HubSpot or Salesforce , Apollo
Improve lead routing, scoring, and enrichment
Identify automation opportunities without losing personalization
Partner with Sales, Growth, and Product for insights and alignment
💡 Qualifications
2–5+ years SDR/BDR leadership experience
Strong outbound experience (strategy, playbooks, cadences, ICP refinement)
Deep experience with Clay or Freckle.io
Proficient with HubSpot or Salesforce
Skilled with Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
Proven ability to coach reps to exceed quota
Encouraging, respectful leadership style with strong communication
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language.
🎯 Bonus Points
Experience working with or selling to developers, engineers, or technical buyers
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Background in developer communities, open source, or technical support
Previous experience at an early-stage startup or remote-first team
