Wealthsimple Launchpad is a program for recent high school grads looking to kickstart their career. It’s a 12-month paid internship where you’ll rotate through different teams, work on meaningful projects, and learn how a fast-growing tech company operates, up close and personal. ELIGIBILITY - Class of 2026 high school graduate - Legally eligible to work in Canada - Available to work full-time hours (Monday to Friday) - Able to work from our Toronto HQ 4 days a week NO RESUME REQUIRED. We believe your story and potential matter more than credentials, so we won’t be reviewing resumes as part of the selection process. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Join a 12-month program where you’ll spend three 4-month rotations working with different teams. - You’ll get to help build, launch, and promote Wealthsimple’s products and services️. Term 1: Understand the Business Learn how Wealthsimple runs, stays secure, and builds a strong culture. → Example: Help to streamline workflows that make our client experience even more efficient. Term 2: Build & Innovate See how ideas turn into products. → Example: Co-design an app feature, run usability tests, or contribute small code. Term 3: Deliver & Reflect Build your creative and communication skills. → Example: Help run campaigns, support clients, and present your own project.
