We’re currently looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A to manage the full range of subscription revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis activities (along with three direct reports to start). This role will partner with key business units, including go-to-market and Accounting teams, to drive world-class strategic subscription revenue planning and insights for the business. Responsibilities: Manage the full range of subscription revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis activities including building and reviewing financial models, validating assumptions, as well as challenging data and information integrity Partner with Accounting, BI and key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment on month end activities Partner with Investor Relations team to ensure accurate quarter-end metrics reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting – analyzing financial results, distilling / synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management Prepare presentations and provide recommendations to senior management Participate in strategic data analysis and modeling for senior company leadership Manage and coach team members to develop/build capabilities and achieve key goals and objectives Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed Qualifications : 5-10 years+ related experience in financial planning and analysis Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field SaaS experience in a high-growth environment Prior Revenue/ARR forecasting experience Good understanding of key SaaS revenue metrics High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - building financial and decision support models and reports Proven ability to form strong business partner relationships Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written Detailed-oriented. excellent problem solving and analytical skills Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace Great attitude, willingness to perform and get things done Experience with financial planning systems, Anaplan and NetSuite preferred Comfortable working with large data sets What we offer: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) and Commuter benefits Voluntary supplemental health coverage and life insurance 401K match and ESPP Paid time off and paid sick leave Paid parental and pregnancy leave Family-forming benefits (IVF, Preservation, Adoption etc.) Emergency backup care (Child/Adult/Pets) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24/7 Free legal services that provide legal advice, document creation and estate planning Employee bonus referral program Student loan refinancing assistance Employee 1:1 coaching, perks and discounts program RingCentral’s Finance team gives you an incredible opportunity to manage stratospheric growth and learn from the best.
