Partnership Account Manager Spellbook is the most comprehensive AI copilot for transactional lawyers. The company recently raised $50 million in Series B funding, led by Keith Rabois at Khosla Ventures, bringing its total funding to more than $80 million. *This is an existing vacancy ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a Partnership Account Manager (Channel Partnerships) to drive the next phase of Spellbook’s growth through strategic channel partnerships. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, activating, and enabling new partners, including managed service providers (MSPs), legal associations, IT firms, and industry-specific consultants. This is a high-impact recruitment and pipeline role focused on achieving significant revenue goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through our Channel Partners by strategically sourcing, developing, managing, and expanding relationships with both new and existing partners. A deep understanding of the legal industry is essential to effectively enable partners through comprehensive training and collaborative co-marketing initiatives, ultimately ensuring their success and maximizing partnership revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES - Source and engage new partnership prospects in the Channel Partnerships function - MSPs, IT firms, legal and contract consultants and other service providers - Drive partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations and pipeline growth with Channel Partners - Educate and train partners on Spellbook’s offerings, value proposition and strategic vision - Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and events to increase visibility and demand generation - Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Channel Partners on registered deals - Support onboarding and activation of new channel partners - Act as a trusted advisor for each partner’s customers, providing insights on the legal industry’s trends and best practices - Do whatever is needed for partners to succeed, serving as their advocate inside Spellbook. - Report regularly on partnership progress, pipeline metrics, and partner outcomes to leadership. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align partnerships with GTM priorities. - Maintain accurate and clean pipeline, partner health, and CRM documentation in HubSpot. - Perform other duties as requested by the Chief Strategy Officer. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 3 years of work experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, Reseller Partnerships, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships - Proven experience working with and managing medium-high volume of channel partners - Exceptional recruitment and discovery skills, utilizing a consultative approach to drive partnerships and sales - Demonstrated history as a top performer, consistently exceeding aggressive targets and quotas - Superior organizational and time management abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active and effective listening - Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - Highly effective cross-functional collaborator, adept at building strong internal relationships across all departments - Must be able to travel NICE TO HAVES - A network of channel partners that work in the legal industry - LegalTech experience - Enterprise or Mid-Sized experience in partnerships or sales - Experience working wit ...
