About the Role
Roofstock is seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to partner with our corporate and shared services leaders. You are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions across various departments with a focus on our domestic corporate, tech, and shared services teams. You partner closely with both internal stakeholders and candidates through creative hiring strategies and strong communication skills that result in a high impact on our business operations.
Responsibilities
Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting:
strategically partner with operational hiring leaders
source, screen, and schedule candidates
analyze interview data
own closing and offer process
ensure smooth onboarding through People Operations partnership
Establish and maintain trusting relationships cross-functional partners across Talent Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and others
Deliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externally
Contribute ideas toward the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, inclusive hiring strategies, and best practices
Qualifications
3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience; start-up experience a plus!)
3+ years experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce
Experience identifying, engaging and closing direct and passive candidates
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Strong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlines
Possess a data driven mindset
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Macbook

Compensation
$87,000 - $100,000 max annual salary. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.
Pay Transparency
Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only part of our total compensation package.
