Job Description
Hermeus is a high-speed aircraft manufacturer focused on the rapid design, build, and test of high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft for the national interest. Working directly with the Department of Defense, Hermeus delivers capabilities that will ensure that our nation, and our allies, maintain an asymmetric advantage over any and all potential adversaries.
Mission Systems:
As an Avionics Engineering Intern you will focus on the design, physical testing, and integration of mission-critical flight deck subsystems. You will be responsible for creating wire diagrams, setting up hardware in the lab, and performing end-to-end subsystem tests, including electrical, hardware, and software integration.
Avionics Electrical Engineer:
As an Avionics Electrical Engineering Intern you will help shape the future of commercial supersonic and hypersonic flight. Our team is responsible for the design, testing, and integration of GNC systems, electrical hardware, control software, power distribution, and RF communications.
Summer: around 10 weeks (May - August)
Fall: Around 16 weeks (September - December)
