Join the power movement as a Production Technician Supervisor We're looking for experienced and highly motivated Production Supervisors to join Commonwealth Fusion Systems. The Production Supervisor role will be responsible for leading our high performing team consisting of a multitude of different technician and welding skill sets. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, exceptional people skills, and a passion for always improving. They’ll be working cross functionally with other internal members to develop and manage production team members. * Shift Differential for third shift - 15%
