Learn more at www.swordhealth.com. Sword Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (Doctor of Physical Therapy) to join the Move business unit as part of our Clinical Operations team. In this remote role, you will create personalized programming through the Sword Portal to help members improve their physical health and achieve their goals, while building strong, trusting relationships. You will also innovate with coaching and programming protocols to enhance the member experience, ensuring high satisfaction and measurable improvements in both physical and mental health. Important note: This is a seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on individual performance and business needs. This is a variable hours position with hours fluctuating between 25 hours/week and 40 hours/week. The Move Team is designed to reduce pain, encourage consistent movement, and lower the risk of injury, Move helps prevent the costly consequences of physical inactivity. Each member is paired with a dedicated Physical Health Specialist who holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Using real-time insights from an integrated wearable device alongside ongoing clinical assessments, Physical Health Specialists create personalized weekly Move Plans that adapt and evolve as members progress.
